I develop and implement Operations Plans for incidents and special events such as: Blue Angels Air Show, Jazz and Blues Festival at Sandy Point State Park, Maryland State Police's Polar Bear Plunge, and Lights on the Bay. Additionally, I work with allied agencies to create and execute Homeland Security practical and table-top exercises. I serve as Maryland Natural Resources Maryland Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) representative. I am proficient in the use and application of Maryland’s Law Enforcement Information Network (MLEIN), and was instrumental in achieving regular use of the software as an enforcement and surveillance tool. I am proficient in safe use and care of firearms and carry a firearm daily. I have been trained to handle many different types of boats in all types of weather and sea conditions.
