This was a 70-hour placement, working alongside housing officers, in both the office based admin roles, and tenant/site visits in the Seacroft suburb of Leeds. Key Achievements: ➢ Assisting in annual home visits with tenants. ➢ Attending meetings to gain insight into cash management within council housing. ➢ Following up rental arrears using IT systems. ➢ Attending site visits to assess resident complaints. ➢ Converting paper files to the new online system.
