I'm thinking perhaps that if there were a picture in the dictionary for Nashville, Beth Alexander would be one of the finalists for inclusion. Gracious, inclusive, extremely smart, interested, and engaging is where I would likely start. Her inherent talent for connecting and caring have been put to great use in all of her positions. I feel that the role with Capstar may be an area where she serves Nashville best. A Nashville brand ambassador who happens to work at an institution with a heart for our city. That's Beth Alexander. If you need private banking attention, Nashville info, or a friendly advisor to share coffee with, then I recommend Beth on behalf of the hundreds who would do the same.

In considering all of the people that I've encountered since NATIVE first launched, Beth Alexander stands out as the single most resourceful, creative, inspiring and delightful visionary with whom I've come into contact. Beth had the foresight to reach out to NATIVE early on, and to advocate for CapStar's relationship with Nashville's Creative Class. As a veteran of the local media scene, her opinion, no doubt, carries a great deal of weight; I'm simultaneously humbled and delighted to think that she was entirely justified in pursuing this initiative. As a result of her acute sensitivity to developing trends, other local and regional banks have followed Beth's lead in advertising with NATIVE, but we cannot possibly understate the impact of the fact that she saw our value first. It's been a joy to work with Beth from month to month in shaping pointed messages that reach our audience in ways that others haven't considered. Beth brings an invaluable blend of intellect, dedication, groundedness, and a sense of higher purpose to every aspect of her life. You will find her fun to work with, articulate in any setting, and highly professional. Of course, Beth is also as selfless as she is attentive, making her the perfect fit for her current job; but her boundless vision, sense of strategy, and understanding of this media market make me entirely confident that we haven't even seen her greatest work yet.
