Beth came to work for me on secondment as Marketing Coordinator at Cabot Circus having previously worked on the Information Desk. She showed a general interest in marketing and in social media in particular. She helped increase social media followers and engagement through her intuitive posts and quickly got to grips with the website CMS too. Her approachability (and perseverance) resulted in her achieving a record breaking number of retailers to participate in a student event. Whilst this was a short stint to cover a busy period, she grew in confidence and has enabled her to progress her career in the digital world.
