La mission de Bertrand était d'importer du planning stratégique au sein de Linkfluence. Mission accomplie. C'était sur le papier une gageure d'insuffler à des social media analysts une culture planning - une capacité à s'approprier les marques, à se mettre à leur place, à comprendre le consommateur au-delà de ce qu'il veut bien laisser comme trace sur le web. Il y est parvenu. Bertrand a révolutionné la manière dont nous analysons le web social chez Linkfluence - et par ricochet, sur le marché de l'analyse du web. Sa contribution est importante, sa culture nous a beaucoup apporté, et inspiré. Il écrit parfaitement en 3 langues, il est érudit, il est smart. Et on lui doit "Creative Data Intelligence" !
