Through this suggestive Mentoring strategy, all groups became proactive in their day-to-day activities to follow implemented programs such as company policies, and workplace expectations, inspect working environments, elevate the level of hazard recognition, and employee concerns, investigate cases of incidents/accidents, and implement post-injury follow-up procedures for workers.

Develop and implement Coronavirus COVID-19 Pandemic Response and Preparedness plan. Monitor, report, and work closely with Company Legal, Insurance, and with Colorado Workers' Compensation claims.

  Responsible for supporting the project as Operational and HSE support. Shermco pulled and set Medium and high voltage cables from the substation to the operating facility. We also NETA tested and commissioned all medium and High Voltage gear in electrical rooms. Testing.   Responsible for supporting the project as HSE support throughout the recovery efforts and emergency work. This was a power recovery project. Which intel's testing, replacing, and reconditioning all power equipment inside a facility. Main Substation yard, To MCC work replacing. High and Medium-voltage gear from breaker to the motor. We Replaced all motors, tested, and recommenced. Tested all High and Medium-voltage gear, we reset relays and transformers. Oversee the replacement of all breakers and breaker panels. Restored power back to facilities units. • Installation of components for MCCs and Switchgears. 480v – 15kv • The cleaning, repairing, and replacing of power field panels and lighting. • Recognizing, monitoring, and making recommendations for risk assessments. • Serve as an HSE representative on the committees. • Perform observations that are behavioral-based

Perform and document formal safety observations of workplace conditions and behaviors to provide direct feedback and coaching.
