Bio
Maria Watson, SEP, CEM
Bertha was a key stakeholder in my recent independent study trip to Accra, Ghana. I found Bertha to have a keen sense of what is trying to be accomplished, even when the objectives are not clear. She has spent a lot of time building relationships with key stakeholders in Accra, and knows exactly who to call when faced with a research question. Bertha was the most graceful host, and spent a great deal of time making sure that I had access to the information I needed or the people that could help me access the information. Working with her during my six week trip was a pleasure, and I wish her the best in all of her future endeavors.
