I am proud to be part of this company and with the work and challenges this brings. Although it is sometimes tough (what job does not have this) the results are most rewarding. The group of people I work with make this job interesting and enjoyable. Many of these people I can call my friends. The job takes me through Europe and sometimes even further away. The newest direction of this company shows that it knows the market really well and anticipates with new machines for the digital printing world. The machines are suitable for sheetfed and webcoating, both inline or offline with the printíng machine. The machines are used for primer to treat paper for the printing machine or overcoat after printing. Show less

This was a new challenge for me. Being responsible for 26 machines varying from paper bag making to high quality flexo printing on CNC controlled printing machines was just part of it. The cherry on the cake was introducing and implementing new machines in the factory and the challenge to do this without production loss in the shortest time. This was fun. Our best buy and project was the Harris & Bruno RapidWash equipment. Next to reducing change over times of the machine (to 20 % for a 6 color job) another challenge presented itself. See my next job!
