Hij kan technische problemen snel doorgronden en weet persoonlijke conflicten met enkele woorden te relativeren. Bert zijn bureau is een chaos, maar zijn budgetering en opdrachtverstrekking pakt hij gestructureerd aan. Deze aspecten zijn voor mij reden om hem aan te bevelen als maintenance engineer.
