      Research of high growth organisations, reliably excellent in improving the Customer/Patient Experience. Research network across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and USA. We were founded with the focus on the notoriously complex environment of Health Services. Along with industry engagement through surveys, interviews, direct engagement in projects, and case studies we built on the research foundations and insights from people and organisations such as Steven Spear, MIT; Professor Peter Hines, Lean Enterprise Research Centre in UK; Geoffrey Moore, Crossing the Chasm, Silicon Valley; Joey Reiman, The Story of Purpose; and Faculty of IHI and Singularity University. We collaborated and engaged with 2014 USA Eisenhower Fellow Deborah Gordon. We coined the term 'Reliable Excellence in Care' in contrast to the 'pockets of excellence' acknowledged as the reality by leading CEO's and Executives across the sector. Recognition of consumer/ citizen behaviour changes and technology convergence potential from different sectors has broadened recent research in to a broader frame of risk and opportunity in strategy development.
