I had the chance to work with Bernát as his coachee just when I started the work in a new leadership position. During this period, I had to face many new challenges, and our sessions helped me a lot in solving them. From the very first session, we were able to easily build trust, and I always felt that I could openly raise any problems so that we could analyze it. Through his questions, I was able to see these difficulties from a completely different perspective, and so I was able to make the necessary realizations.
