Passionate and trustworthy, two words that come to mind if I describe Rio. I've known him since we were both in high school at SMA Gonzaga. After that, we crossed paths again at ITS throughout college. I first met him when he was appointed to the Gonzaga Student Council as my successor. He was also a colleague of mine in the ITS Student Chapter of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He was the Head of E-learning Division under my department, Department of Academia. His determination is evident in the manner he set his goals and how hard he worked to accomplish them. Rio, more than the other head of division candidates I examined, demonstrates a tremendous passion for this area of interest. Before I interviewed him, he had already prepared a one-year learning plan. There was a moment when I felt overwhelmed, and I forgot to distribute the work for our work program. At the moment, Rio and two other coworkers took the work program over, which they initiated first and then consulted with me on. This program, in my opinion, could have been canceled if it had not been initiated properly. They really were the MVP of the team at that moment. Every employee, in my honest view, would be delighted to have such a determined, innitiave, and trustworthy person as Rio on the team.

I worked together for 6 months with Satrio at Pelindo III. He is a real hard working person with good time management and Integrity. He has a strong desire to be a better team player each day as he learn more from the seniors while working at projects. His broad knowledge is perfect since it's balanced with great attitude he shows.
