  I came in as a Middleweight Graphic Designer, to work under a more senior colleague, producing creative and artwork for a variety of projects, mostly related to large format printing and signage. After two years my colleague moved on, and I was offered the Senior Graphic Designer role, heading a small team of two. For the past three years, I have grown the team and the studio (to a team of four), and the variety of projects we undertake keeps on increasing.Job responsibilities involve quoting and invoicing all design projects, overseeing all artwork creation, managing my own workflow as well as the rest of the team, keeping track of project’s times and budgets, directly liaising with all existing and prospective clients, attending meetings, and making final decisions on all creative work that gets sent out to clients. Other side responsibilities within the company involve being the assigned Fire Marshall and First Aider for the office areas, and carrying out regular fire and risk assessments for the office areas.
