Being on a forefront position in a tourism company, dealing directly with clients, allowed me to develop my communication and hospitality skills. I also dealt with multiple tourism software, working with notorious systems such as "Meta Search Engines". All this involvement raised some interest on how can consumers reach your product using completely different ways and how focused and up to date companies must be to lead the market. With this internship my vision of how important is the first contact with the client for the company´s reputation changed drastically. I also learned that markets run fast, and this means hard work for companies that aim to be on top.
