  As Inspector Records Management (archiefinspecteur) at Het Utrechts Archief (The Utrecht Archives) I keep as member of a team supervison on the recordkeeping within the communal organisation of the city of Utrecht. We look at the way the recordkeeping is conductucted, but as well at the way the recordkeeping function is embedded in the functions and processes of the communal apparatus. The purpose of this supervision is to help that organisation to work compliant with ISO 15489, so that by means of a just information governance the accountability of the local authority can be ensured.
