In 2011 begon mijn introductie in de yoga lessen bij Bernardine. Een hele open, lieve vrouw die iedereen in zowel rust als enthousiasme weet te vervoeren. Haar lessen zijn laagdrempelig maar uitdagend voor elk niveau. Haar positiviteit is aanstekelijk! Ik beoefen nog wekelijks yoga met passie en Bernardine is daar de vonk in geweest.
