Bernard is up and coming academic who established his basic qualifications in Political Science and International Relations. He is very intelligent and very thorough in dealing with contemporary issues affecting the country and society today. He started off as a lecturer at the Divine Word University two years ago and now he is enjoying the job. He has potential to develop and grow as an academic and as a researcher and i recommend that he should now work to complete his PhD to give himself a good background in order to move on as an academic and researcher.
