Group Project: Mckinsey Project and Own Stores Individual: Increase the opening of stores and Strategic Planning 2020 Mckinsey Project: Responsible to help the executive board to implement the Mckinsey Project, focus of the project was increase sales in the same stores (SSS), that unfold in some smaller projects: communication, industrial, own stores, and training for the sellers. Own Stores: Using the "CAPDo" tool, we analyzed the opportunities and found solutions to some recurring problems in own stores, in the pillars of supply, people management, service management and standardization. Increase the opening of stores: Using the “CAPDo” tool, I set up a multidisciplinary team to analyze the root cause of “the decrease of store opening”, we raise all the causes, prioritize and apply the 5 whys to reach the root cause of the problems. Set up an action plan and follow up the results. Strategic Planning 2020: Responsible to guide the execute board build the work fronts, thinking how is the best way to get in aim company’s.
