Currently I work with Datalytics technology as a Business Analyst and Commercial relationship manager. My role include organisation, business process analysis and liaison with technical architects to develop reports and material that documents its business and / or processes and / or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology. In this role, I work along with other business analysts and project managers across the tribe. I also support the development of data science, coding wherever appropriate , visualisation and technology integration. As an IT Trainer, I was responsible for training all the staff in the hospital from support workers to Senior consultants in the various IT systems used in the hospital. I was responsible of development of softwares that aided in the day to day telecom processes.I was also responsible for developing MIS for the Credit risk Management team, finance and value added services team for the Kerala and Tamilnadu circles. I also worked in achieiving the roaming configuration between telecom companies worldwide. My other experiences in telecom include rating and billing as well.
