As a sales engineer, I was responsible of quotation preperations, required market research, new equipment investments, price aggreements and annual price reductions. Within this time period, I have managed Toyota and Honda business as OEM and Assan-Hanil, Magna, Farplas, Boshoku.. as Tier1. All price related business of our company have been drived by myself and I have been preparing meeting for upper management regularly. The internship was based on how company works and how to operate the raw material. The quality of the internship was to gain hands-on experience of exploration and production to obtain the desired product and to improve the quality of the material and the process of the material. The Company of Rozmas Chou is based on 3 vehicle materials, these are Helical Springs, Stabilizer bars and Precision springs. I have actually been on all these three materials processes from raw material to the shipping. In this one month I have seen the processes of hot and cold forming, the shot-peeling, the surface coating and the life-span trials. Show less
