I have been a part of a small team for a project lasted 5 months to KOROZO, a leading packing supplier for FMCG sector in Turkey and Europe. First, we made time studies to understand the efficiency of the machines and employees. Then we developed a simulation program in Arena software. We ran the simulation to solve the bottleneck problem in engraving machines. As a result, we increased the overall efficiency by 15%. I have learned how to approach employees with respect and dignity.
