  Support division faculty and staff with coordination and preparation of Sponsored External Grant applications and proposals to include; grant budgets, subcontracting, and internal/external proposal submission. Act as liaison for Federal and Non-Federal funding organizations including contract negotiations. Responsible for all post-award management to include; monthly and annual financial reporting of grant activity, faculty and staff labor distributions, purchase order creation, special payment requests, internal rebilling and travel expense processing. Review all grant activity to assure compliance with budget, agency and university policies and procedures. Administer quarterly effort certification reporting for division. Assist division faculty in the annual internal budget and clinical incentive plan. Show less
