By gaining expertise in the Operator software that was purchased from Boeing and the Simorg software which belongs to Gözen, I helped airport personnel/pilots/private jet owners and aviation trainees from all over the world and solved their problems. At the same time, I set up a Customer Support portal (Zendesk) where they could send us their problems by calling us or creating a ticket and I adjusted the admin settings. I learned the basic settings of Jira. I had sales meetings with 3rd party companies while looking for an app for videos that needed to be uploaded to the customer support platform. I was one of the technical writers of the Release Notes that were going to get published for the software. I explained the platforms that they will use with one-on-one presentations to the clients that we are about to reach an agreement with. I have interviewed new candidates to test their English level with questions consisting of technical subjects.
