My primarily role at Dakar, was based on my expertise in the IT industry to assist in the Sales and Marketing area for various services and products within the Human Resources, Payroll and People's Management Solutions. Being part of a growing team, i also got the opportunity to get involved with my knowledge of implementing internal processes between the departmental areas, by introducing and building a new system with a single flow of information from start to finish, keeping all team members in the loop. The aim is to improve customer satisfaction by creating accountability for the teams and supplying a better solution for customers to communicate with them. It also assisted higher management to gain control of the teams, by implementing best practice processes within the system and spend less time managing employees. The way it was setup helped a seamless business flow from the admin, to the help desk, to the development, to the accounting and finally to the customer.The other in between areas, to which i also touched based with, covers the GDPR compliance, Client Relations, Business Opportunities to expand in foreign markets and internal process documentation. Regarding the Sales focus, my contribution focused mostly with research on local competition, price bracketing, prospective customer targeting, product improvements, social media, monthly forecasting and financials reporting. Any new customer had my input all the way to the delivery of the promised pro ducts and services, and certainly their satisfactory element to go-live.
