Ryan Smithson

Ben is one of the best managers I've ever had. He will serve as a constructive critic and an ardent supporter at the same time. Ben is a very 2020s-style manager who appreciates work-life balance. In his role, Ben is constantly onboarding new employees and he really rolls out of the welcome mat. I hope to remain friends with him for many years because he's just a great guy to have around.
