The main stage at The Foundry has a capacity of 3,000, and in 2021 we had Nova Twins, Jamie Lenman, Dinosaur Pile-Up, Kid Kapichi, Wargasm and many more play. In 2022 we will host Deaf Havana, Trashboat, Tigercub, Vukovi and of course, many more. I manage a small team of stage technicians to ensure the smooth operation of the main stage and artist satisfaction, as well as overseeing the logistics of loading bands in and out of the venue at strict timings. These were initially group and 1-2-1 lessons delivered in the music facilities of the schools. During the Covid-19 lockdown, I moved these lessons to 1-on-1 virtual lessons with a bespoke curriculum to ensure that the students could continue their music education.
