      I am responsible for the sales and implementation of Numen into the UK and European markets. Ecocentric works with businesses whose clients benefit from scaled deployment of Numen, including facilities management businesses, infrastructure engineering firms, energy providers and construction companies. Numen transforms how organisations manage and maintain their critical electrical assets and infrastructure. This equipment can be monitored in a variety of ways, typically it will involve metering and using a range of sensors to ascertain potential failure. Whilst these methods can yield some opportunities for carbon reduction or preventative failure they are limited in scope and crude in their assumptions. Where more in-depth analysis is required, it can be extremely expensive requiring intensive data science techniques which are not always accurate and don’t provide a scalable solution. Numen is different; it physically connects into a building's electrical infrastructure and measures, records, stores, analyses and visualises high-quality data about the electrical consumption and performance of electrical devices. By sampling voltage and current signals at a sampling rate of multiple thousand samples per second and then using algorithms to analyze this data, Numen gathers unique insights. This gives Numen unprecedented insights into asset behaviour substantially improving operations, energy-saving, and maintenance regimes. By working with a specific device/asset Numen is able to use this data to understand the operation modes of a device and to specifically predict failure before it occurs. We can then apply that learning to wherever we see that device type again meaning the need to monitor physically on-site and constantly analyse data is not required. All connected devices can be monitored remotely with action being taken based on real-time information making Numen a truly scalable solution. Show less
