I worked with Benoit through his transition from GM, Cards to Head of Product. As my programme business owner, Benoit set the vision and direction well. He worked beside me, rather than hierarchically and motivated everyone in the programme to strive for excellence and rapid development. When I first met Benoit it was immediately apparent that he was smart cookie.
