Financial responsibility of $25MM to $100MM+. • Created key account with Johnson & Johnson Consumer. As the main account liaison, I led the specifications, factory/site acceptance tests as well as validation (FDA) of sanitary napkin production lines across the regions. $20MM project enabled J&J to reduce lines required to produce products. Net results for J&J included closure of three plants, $75MM per year in cash flow improvement, 220% increase in output per line, 60% reduction in waste and 150% improvement in process reliability. Savings were funneled to yield a #1 position in the marketplace with $400MM in sales. Show less
