  *A key role in the design of two new data centers, including management of the construction and start up.*Hands-on management of the architect, electrical design team, structural engineers and on-site foremen.*Solicit, negotiate and engage with various trades and equipment vendors including HVAC, UPS, PDUs, generators, switchgear, racks and electrical equipment.*Re-engineered unforeseen circumstances that netted minimal change orders.*Primary contact with utility for upgrading power (15MW @ 21kV) and attaining incentive program rebates.*Negotiate right of ways, easements, conduits and cross connects with cities, facilities and carriers.*Single handedly landed a contract with the City of San Jose; then in under a year, won a bid that would increase the contract value 36-fold.
