Manage and coordinate project management and drafting groups from conceptual stages through planning, procurement, execution, monitoring/controlling operations, and satisfying the contract requirements. • Supervise the Cetco project management team of project managers, project engineers, and engineering interns for management of both domestic and international projects. • Directly interface with government entities (EPA, BSEE) and manage project documentation plans for environmental compliance and approvals. Lead for BSEE joint-industry-project per 2017 regulatory changes. • Manage and evaluate the project plan, schedule, and costs in accordance with company procedures and the Project Execution Plan. • Develop bid packages for high profile and major projects including pricing, preliminary design, and cost considerations for effective business planning and project award. • Developed the Cetco project management training program to train and acclimate new hires with respect to Cetco policies, procedures, and project management ideology. • Specialized in water treatment for produced water, acid flowbacks, completion fluid returns, pipeline applications, and solids management. Experienced in deep water, shelf, and land projects. • Utilize mutiple design methodologies to design water treatment systems to reduce contamination present and/or remove toxic chemicals to satisfy regulatory overboard discharge requirements. • Work with engineering companies to calculate gas blow-by scenarios, pipe pressure loss and velocity, and perform PSV sizing analysis. • Conduct HAZOP’s with clients to assess potential hazardous operations for equipment mobilized to offshore facilities. • Design P&IDs and safety documentation per the API RP 14C offshore requirements including a SAFE chart, cause and effect, and safety flow diagrams.
