      The Casino Shift Manager is primarily responsible for the daily operations of the Egames department on their assigned shift. They shall provide direction, supervision, and evaluation of Egames supervisors and front line employees. In the absence of the GM or Operations Manager, the Casino Shift Manager, acts as their property’s “Manager on Duty” during their shift. The Casino Shift Manager provides support to all department supervisors and ensures that CNE’s guest service standards are maintained at all times. • Creates an atmosphere that inclines guests to make CNE their preferred gaming entertainment provider.• Establishes and develops positive, effective relationships with guests to promote loyalty.• Provides information and recommendations to senior management in regards to market strategies, game mix, and guest service issues. • Directs and supervises the work of CSAs and CSRs.• Oversees property activities for assigned shift.• Manages CSA and CSR schedules to ensure a positive gaming experience for the guests.• Conducts daily department supervisor meeting for assigned shift as well as daily departmental pre shift meeting.• Responsible for hiring, training, rewarding, disciplining, coaching, and mentoring of CSAs and CSRs.• Directly responsible for the operations of the Egames department, ensuring Egames, NRTs, and ATMs are in working order.• Provides daily shift report to General Manager/Operations Manager.• Knowledgeable of and ensures staff compliance with Title 31, Title 26, Class II & III gaming disputes, CNE policies and procedures, CNGC TICS.• Addresses and resolves guest complaints and disputes in a professional manner. • Works with the Employee Services department to address employee issues and concerns.• Ensures guest service standards are executed.
