Bennard assisted with the main accounting and related administrative functions for the firm during his final year as SAIPA trainee accountant. He was in charge of handling the firm's disbursements, bank confirmations, etc. so trainees (myself included) frequently worked through him in these matters. Any bank confirmation request, payroll query or disbursement that I posed to Bennard was handled swiftly, professionally and efficiently. To me, this was a clear indication of attention to detail and professionalism.
