  Whilst I've been involved with Ethical Jewellery Australia on an ongoing basis over the past 11 years, it's only this year that the opportunity has arisen for me to join my partner, Melinda, full time. While Melinda continues to work in the business - doing all the sales and design work for our customers - I've been afforded the opportunity to work on the business. In short term that includes incorporating a CRM into the sales process, redeveloping and rebranding our website, creating a second edition of our Engagement Ring Design Guide, publishing a Wedding & Commitment Ring Buyer's Guide and scaling up our social media activity. In the medium term I plan to develop strategic alliances with other wedding industry suppliers with a view to providing our customers with a more comprehensive service - principally by acting as a referral source.
