I’m not sure I could overstate the impact that Ben had on the PS team while at Tray. From day one he sought to understand the current landscape and challenges, before seeking ways to make an impact in a meaningful and fundamental way. This was always done in a respectful and collaborative fashion for the better of the PS team and the company as a whole. Not only was he successful in making such positive change in a relative short space of time, but he did this despite the daunting amount of work that he faced. On a personal level, I also have to say that I greatly appreciated his valuable and knowledgeable insight into all things in the world of PS. He was always willing to share his knowledge and provide his view and input where he could and act as a sounding board. Ben was an absolute joy and pleasure to work with.

Ben was a true game changer to the PS Org at Tray. His commitment and dedication to ensuring that our customers were aligned and expectations were set correctly was simply astounding. In a matter of weeks, Ben had created a superb process to scope use cases more efficiently, provide a space for further research and Q&A from the client, and gave an early heads up when PS were likely to be engaged so we could prepare appropriately. Overall this improved the quality of the deals coming through, gave customers a much smoother onboarding to post sales, and gave the PS team a more detailed and accurate scope. its safe to say Ben single handedly helped PS deliver builds on time, in budget, and reduced Churn on accounts due to a happier customer. Ben really was the MVP of PS at Tray.
