Throughout my time in Doofinder, I had the pleasure to work with Ben as my manager. Since day one, he focused on giving a clear and productive workflow to each colleague while taking the time to build relationships with each employee. The latter is crucial in Ben's managing style as he gives specific and unique guidance based on the person he's coaching. Ben is very knowledgeable in the e-Commerce, marketing, and business development areas, in which he will constantly look for new ways of improving the sales department while giving each team member a set of tools to create a perfect relationship with new customers. I can say that Ben is a manager that leads by example. He is innovative, organized as well as helpful and is always open to ideas and suggestions. It was a pleasure to be managed by him for my short period in the company and I believe he can be a very valuable asset to any sales or business development team.
