  As a teller Coordinator for US Bank I have had the ability to expand my customer service skills and learn how to multitask. My responsibilities included everything from managing the lobby and the drive thru, to helping create decorations for the holidays. Since July 2016 I have managed the tellers, making sure tasks are done well and right the first time, as well as providing some training. I have enjoyed this job and look forward to learning more as I continue to grow. Having worked at the bank for almost two years I have learned to view customers not as an inconvenience but as an opportunity.
