May 2009 - Jun 2015
My role at Fujitsu commenced with the acquisition of Kaz by Fujitsu. I was initially added to t a team supporting the same multinational energy company that I had been supporting whilst with Kaz, but was soon transferred to the team providing on-site support to this same company. In this onsite role, I am responsible for desktop and remote support for clients around Australia. This work has included provisioning of computer equipment, repairs and replacement of faulty equipment, Blackberry handset configuration, and desktop application and operating system troubleshooting. Desktop Support Analyst

Dec 2006 - Apr 2009
Upon comencement with Kaz, I was placed within a team who were responsible for both internal support for Kaz, as well as supporting a number of superannuation providers. This support was provided both via telephone and in person, and included a range of areas from account creation and Exchange server support through to hardware servicing and desktop operating system and applications support After a few months in this team, I was allocated a client site supporting a division of a large finance organisation in an on-site desktop support role. At this site, I was the sole desktop support person and was responsible for the support and operation of computers and printers for around 400 staff, while working as part of a wider team supporting several other branches around Australia. Around a year later, I was transferred to another team which was responsible for remote and desktop support for a large transport company. My team here alternated between the companies 3 major sites in Melbourne, and was responsible for remote and desktop support, along with server backups and maintenance of user accounts on the comanies Blackberry server. A year after this, I was rotated back to my initial team, and returned to supporting internal Kaz systems, along with the superannuation companies. In addition, I was added to the remote support team for the Australian component of a multinational energy company. Show less
