Served as a key contact regarding any physical, mental, or social concerns of all Carleton University residents. Weekly duties included facilitating individual meetings with students to discuss concerns, review complaints and relay information about COVID-19 policy changes in residence.Organized floor events to promote wellness and foster social connections amongst 30 residents, including a Thanksgiving dinner for students unable to return home for the holidays. Addressed comments, questions, and concerns of staff, parents, and campers regarding volunteers, recreation staff, or general camp business.
