My job through my education was as a Head Night Custodian at Minooka School District #201. I was tasked with keeping school conditions as safe as possible for students and staff on a daily basis. Through the summer months, I led my own floor resurfacing crews to redo floors across seven buildings with a strict time limit. Also, handling events that exceed over one thousand guests on a reoccurring basis. Leading separate crews throughout the school year and summer months to achieve short term and long term goals was one of my largest responsibilities.

Another internship tasked me with working with Will County Forest Preserve, which gave me the job of revising their outdated business plan. Through bringing in new and updated ideas and strategies, their business plan was made more successful. Through an internship provided at Lewis University, I have worked with Habitat for Humanity to create a business plan to improve their profit margins and their volunteer retention. This brought their ease of volunteering with Habitat for Humanity to a level that increased return rates and amount of skilled labor.
