  Working in the Business Affairs department at a smaller production company meant I became experienced in all aspects of the business; from tax credit rules and applications to production scheduling and budgeting.   I worked as the First Assistant Coordinator on a slate of three back-to-back MOWs for Odyssey Media Inc.: Fatal Memories, Driven Underground and Stolen Dreams. The fast pace and relatively small budget of the projects meant I was called upon for comprehensive organization of the projects and was essentially doing the job of First Assistant Production Coordinator, a Second Assistant Production Coordinator and an Office PA. This experience forced me to learn all aspects of the production office, and more, in a very short period. Some of my major responsibilities included: - Orginization of the Production Office - Email Distribution of Call Sheets and other Production Documents - Preparation of various Production Documents Including Crew Lists, Cast Lists and DPRs - Facilitating Cast and Crew Contracts and Deal Memos - Organizing Cast and Crew Travel and Accommodation
