  As Senior Technical Writer at NES, I successfully documented the operation of NES’ Smart Grid networking product line, from the installation of Smart Grid hardware to the configuration of the Smart Grid network with NES software. I also documented an API provided to customers to create custom metering applications. This documentation was provided in PDF and HTML-based formats. This included software user manuals, hardware installation guides, programmer’s guides, data sheets, white papers, knowledge base articles, and Web content. I interacted with Engineering, Customer Support, Marketing and Sales personnel to create and maintain all documentation during the initial releases of all products, and during all product revision.
