  I worked as a Residential Childcare Practitioner in a children's home in Loughborough.I enjoy my job and I have built great relationships with the children, staff and company. I have learned alot in this role and I feel I have finally found a job that I feel fulfilled and have purpose. I was in foster care for 9 years as a child and I feel this experience helps me empathise and understand young people in difficult circumstances.I worked alongside social services, schools, police, young peoples families and other agencies in this role.   In my role as Security Supervisor, I primarily looked after 2 sites based in Loughborough but occasionally I would travel to Leciester to work as a Door Supervisor.This role included training new staff to work as Security Officers at these sites. I regularly monitored them to ensure all procedures were correct and they were carrying out their duties.Some of these daily duties would be patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. I monitor this using a Daily Occurence Record and using CCTV.To maintain Stanford Projects Ltd stability and reputation we had to comply with all legal requirements.Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
