Multi-business unit and cross-departmental coordination was a critical element to the success of the position. My scope comprised of the management and oversight of ListenUp’s technical service employee base consisting of: project managers, system engineers, programmers, and installation technicians; the development and delivery of training lectures and hands-on courses; identification of growth categories and sales opportunities; the creation of technical partnerships with key vendors and manufacturers; as well as the acquisition and retention of technical and project management personnel.

This required direct management of technical resource assets and engineering team members across multiple business units.
