  Instructing students on the literature produced in the United States from the 1800's through the present day. Using the frameworks of collaborative learning, social justice, and education as empowerment, I help my students see literature as something that can help teach and inform their lives.

  Coordinated the summer biking program through the Pittsburgh Public Schools and the MGR Foundation. Responsible for over 100 children as well as 8 staff members. Coordinated an overnight camping trip and ensured that all activities had educational components and were tied into the PA State Standards.
