  I worked on a process improvement project with the aim of improving efficiency and reducing the costs related to the rotary dies used in the manufacture of self adhesive labels.This project involved extensive data collection and analysis on the factory floor followed by the creation of new standard operating procedures and systems for the use and management of the dies.When I left the company at the end of the project there were plans to roll-out some of my improvements across europe after I presented my work to the european continuous improvement manager.
