Nov 2021 - Present
While at University I have been part of the Liverpool University Air Squadron (LUAS) and have recently been promoted to Deputy Flight Commander, which has come with host of new responsibilities and strict administration procedures; this has enhanced my ability to think on my feet as well as laterally think and problem solve. My organisational skills have been extensively tested while on LUAS, for example, I was responsible for organising a Cheese and Wine event for over 50 members of the squadron, including some currently serving personnel within the RAF. Spa Host
-
Oct 2018 - Dec 2022
During my time as a sales assistant, I aimed to provide a unique five-star experience for each customer; due to this, I was given a full-time contract as a Spa Host. This role was a first not only for our store but for the Company. My attention to detail, quick thinking and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations enabled me to thrive in this role. I have also been involved with over 20 new product launches, including 3 new Spa treatments-this has made me very comfortable talking to large groups of people, improving my personability and approachability. Head of Waterfront/Assistant Head Counselor
-
May 2019 - Sep 2019
Initially, I was a lifeguard and lead powerboat driver for the waterfront at the camp; I immediately aimed to adopt additional responsibility and was quickly promoted to assistant head counsellor and head of waterfront. This was my first official managerial role and allowed me to develop my logistical and planning skills. As I was also responsible for the well-being of my staff, I quickly learned the importance of giving and receiving constructive criticism; this enabled the day-to-day running of the department to become smoother.
