  I was responsible for the testing of materials for all G.D.O.T projects in my area. Those tests included GAB, soil, subgrade, backfill and ,asphalt compactions, asphalt calibration, asphalt plant sampling ,asphalt plant weight checks, asphalt plant stockpile sampling, asphalt plant tack sampling. I was responsible for sampling of mobile soil cement plants and wrote the checklist for the plant in my area which is still in use by the field techs. today. I worked hand in hand with other G.D.O.T. and contractor personnel to make sure project materials were as they should be. Show less
