I've been working with Benjamin for almost four years now. He is an extremely capable, multitalented individual, who is exceptional in his role. His engineering background combined with his entrepreneurial mindset, sense of humor, and the joy for client service, makes working with him a real pleasure. Our cooperation together is one of mutual respect, understanding, and support, one which I hope continues for many years to come.

I am very grateful for having worked with Benni at the Münchner Kaffeerösterei for almost two years. In fact, I reported directly to him, but I never felt like an employee. Instead he (and the whole team) treated me like a business partner on eye-level and empowered me to focus on my strength to build the company with him (them). He gave me a lot of trust and opportunities to take responsibility on crucial tasks on events with the coffee bar or in direct contact with customers. For me he is a good teacher and leader. He taught me the hand-craftsmanship of coffee making (from coffee roasting to coffee latte art skills to soft skills as a barista) and led me to hold my own coffee seminars as a professional speaker. He is always ready to share his knowledge, while being totally open and humble to receive new insights and feedback from other people. We learned from each other and performed very well as a team (at renowned events we and our team connected thousands of people through great coffee). In business, he acts with a healthy mixture of emotional enthusiasm for the topic and rational decision-making based on facts. From that, I learned a lot about how to be a passionate entrepreneur. Also, Benni, for me is a highly structured person, who combines intuition from his prior experience and technology (digital tools) to enhance the workflow and transparency in the team. In that, he is always keen on learning and exploring. Today, even after our work relationship, we stay in contact and update each other on various topics. I always take some nuggets out for myself from these conversations. Thank You, Benni (and the rest of the team of the Münchner Kaffeerösterei) for this great experience in the Munich startup scene. With them I have attended Bits & Pretzels twice, the DLD Conference, the Medientage twice, the HerCareer, the TalentPro, the Fit-tech Summit and many more and grew a big network of amazing people. Summary: everyone, who wants to work with someone with the following attributes, then Benni is the go-to person. ☕️ a humble guy with experience in many different areas ☕️ always on learning-mode with a switch to teaching-mode ☕️ who knows how to structure himself and others ☕️ for whom a "problem" is just a situation with unexplored ways of engagement ☕️ who can perform and motivate others in stressful situations
