Benjamin IS an athlete. He can run a sprint, set the pace for a marathon, and flex his skills for a triathlon. Like every great athlete he's also extremely coachable. In my short time with Benjamin he helped his team deliver hundreds of projects across dozens of stakeholders in record time and without compromise to quality, but more importantly he improved his performance and the performance of his teams by seeking out and incorporating feedback into his craft with humility, curiosity and a willingness for experimentation. Ben is a unique and valuable member of any high performing team.

Ben joined us at Initials for a work placement and immediately made an impact with team. He was enthusiastic from the start and showed great initiative, actively looking for ways to help out in the agency over and above his daily duties. He was a great asset to have on the team and would be very happy to work with him again.
